Terms and Conditions

•  Paradise Limousine LLC agrees to provide a limousine and chauffeur at the time, date and location specified on contract (additional hours upon availability).

•  Customer understands that the hours listed on the contract are only estimated hours and that the limousines are charged by the actual hours used and that any fractional hours of usage in excess of 15 minutes will be billed as a full hour. The customer authorizes Paradise Limousine LLC to charge or bill its account based on this understanding.

•  Paradise Limousine LLC reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value in the event of mechanical difficulties or scheduling reasons.

•  Paradise Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by customer provided directions (maps), weather, traffic conditions, mechanical problems, airlines and/or airport problems, automobile accidents caused by others or acts of God.

•  Paradise Limousine LLC and/or employees of Paradise Limousine LLC may not be held responsible for items left unattended in vehicle.

•  No alcohol consumed by anyone less than 18 years of age.

•  No SMOKING inside limousine, $100.00 charge per incident. No exceptions.

•  Customer understands that the use of ILLEGAL DRUGS, smoking in the vehicle or the use of intoxicants by minors is strictly forbidden in vehicles provided by Paradise Limousine LLC. There will be no standing out of moon-roof or hanging out of windows. Paradise Limousine LLC will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill and reserves the right to immediately terminate service without any refund to any party or person(s) who violate the rules in this section.

•  Customers may not attach or affix anything to the interior or exterior of the vehicle(s).

•   Customer accepts full responsibility for vehicle damage or special cleaning, and any loss of income due to negligence or carelessness caused by any member of my group or myself (examples: vehicle damage caused by smoking, burns, vomiting, scratches, broken glassware, stains, wrestling in vehicle, kicking window/mirrors, and etc…) and authorizes Paradise Limousine LLC to charge credit card or bill account for the expenses regardless and in addition to any prior understanding and agreements.

•  All tolls, parking fee, taxes or any other type of access fees are not included in rental rate.

•  Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 calendar days of your scheduled event to avoid being billed the full contract amount.

•  Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges.

•  All entertainment including cds, dvds, vhs tapes is to be provided by the client unless specifically indicated in contract.

•  A fee of $ 50.00 Dollars will be charged for returned checks for any reason.
